Please be informed that DANTECH FOOD SYSTEMS PTE LTD. has with immediate effect been acquired by Carnitech A/S, Denmark. Which is a 100% owned subsidiary by Marel h/f Iceland. With a combined total Turn Over of approx. EURO 115 Million and a total Work Force of approx. 850 Employees.
By merging the activities of Carnitech A/S and DANTECH FOOD SYSTEMS PTE LTD. Within the field of IQF Freezing & Warm Water Shrimp Processing Equipment. Our range of equipment and Processing Lines will be among the very best and comprehensive range in the market. As well as this merger will enable us to provide an even better and wider ranging Service to our customers.
The company will operate under the DANTECH brand.
Head Office and Main Manufacturing Plant will be in Singapore. Our European operations will be located within the Carnitech A/S Main plant in Denmark. With Sales, Test Center, Service and Manufacturing facilities available.

We are proud to announce the opening of our own office in Bangladesh. We have appointed Mr.Abdul Hai, who has many years of experience in the food industry as our country manager. To further enhance our technical department and in response to the increasingly heavy work load Mr. Tan Po Tian has been employed as mechanical engineer.
Mr. Tan started out in the industry as welder and through studies advanced to a professional in his field.
We welcome Tan Po Tian to our organization.

Due to our massive work load we have expanded our production department and employed Mr. Morten Pedersen as service and installation supervisor. Morten comes from a similar position at a renowned company in Denmark.

Seafood Processing Exhibition Europe 2005
Dantech Food Systems Pte Ltd attended the Seafood Processing Exhibition in Brussels again this year.
We had a fantastic show this year! Already before the official opening on the first day of the exhibition we had very promising enquiries from customers. On the third day we were officially 'sold-out' as all our exhibited equipment had been bought on the spot.

PL International recent visit to the European Seafood Exhibition in Brussels has landed them a brand new IXP Spiral Freezer from Dantech Food Systems. The Freezer will be placed in PL International's Myanmar Seafood Processing plant and is capable of freezing many of their different products. |
